A.R. Bouncy Castles Terms & Conditions

For the Safety of our customers the following must be agreed to in order to hire any of our inflatables.

T&C's for Use of our website & services.

  1. All pictures on our site have been taken by us / customer / seller. The images are copyrighted and must not be used without our permission.
  2. This website includes a weather checker feature, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this feature.
  3. Prices may change from time to time at our discretion. Any price change will not effect any existing bookings.
  4. Some of our inflatables may have restrictions, i.e number of users at one time, or age.
  5. Any guidelines on our inflatables for weight, height and age restrictions must be adhered to. These requirements are made by the manufacturer.
  6. A booking will only be confirmed once deposit has been received.
  7. All remaining balances must be made on delivery of equipment. Payment can be made via cash on delivery or card prior to delivery.
  8. All deals and offers are subject to change
  9. All bookings require a deposit. This is at the discretion of A.R. Bouncy Castles.
  10. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is the required space for the chosen inflatable/equipment. If on set up the equipment does not safely fit, you will still be charged.
  11. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct ground surface has been chosen for inflatable/equipment. If on delivery the surface is not as stated on the booking form, the equipment may not be set up and you will still be charged.
  12. All bookings must be in a private garden unless prior arrangements have been agreed.
  13. We reserve the right to refuse deliver, if the venue or site is deemed unsuitable, due to insufficient space or if the customer has failed to notify us of any delivery obstructions, such as stairs, steps or excessive loading distances from our vehicle to the installation site in such case no refund we will be given and full payment will be required.

Cancellation Policy.

  1. You may cancel any private party booking free of charge up until 24 hours before your booking. If a deposit has been paid, this can be applied to another hire within 6 months of the original booking date
  2. Cancellations on the day of any private party booking may incur a cost.
  3. We may need to cancel your booking in the event of bad weather i.e. strong winds & weather warnings. This is for the healthy and safety of our customers and our staff. If this happens you can move you booking to another date or receive a refund of your deposit.
  4. We may need to cancel your booking due to damage, should the inflatable be damaged at a previous hire and we cannot guarantee it repaired for your party, we will contact you to offer a replacement.
  5. We may cancel your booking if we have not been able to make contact to confirm a delivery time or slot.

Hire Agreement –

OUR STAFF HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE DELIVERY SHOULD THE INFORMATION GIVEN ON THE BOOKING FORM BE INCORRECT OR MISLEADING

  1. You (The Hirer) are responsible for injury or damage occurring whilst the equipment is on hire.
  2. Only one person is to be allowed on the steps at any one time.
  3. You must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at all times when the inflatable is in use. The inflatable cannot be left unattended when in use.
  4. Users must remove their shoes, glasses, jewellery or any other materials that might be considered dangerous before using the inflatable and users must be prevented from climbing up the walls of the castle.
  5. Food, drinks and pets are forbidden on all units.
  6. The hirer is responsible for the safekeeping of the inflatable/equipment and all accessories and will be liable for any damage caused or any missing items.
  7. Only our delivery driver is authorised to collect the equipment. Under no circumstances should any equipment be handed over to anyone other than our delivery driver.
  8. Extreme caution is to be taken with extension cables. Children should not touch these cables. The electric blower is not to be covered with anything.
  9. Do not deflate the bouncy castle when in use as this may cause serious injury.
  10. In the event of heavy rain and/or wind we would advise that the castle is switched off immediately..
  11. Under no circumstances should the equipment hired be moved from the position it has been set up.
  12. On delivery you will receive copy of the safety rules, these must be adhered to.
  13. We have 5 million public liability insurance. A copy of our insurance can be made available on request once booking has been with deposit received.

Payment Policy

  1. A 25% deposit will be taken on booking to secure the booking. Your booking will not be secured if the deposit has not been paid.
  2. Full payment must be made on or before delivery.
  3. Payment can be made with Cash, PayPal, Revolut or Card.
  4. Should for any reason a payment is late, a late payment fee may apply.
